Where is my order? How do I track my order?

LASCANA USA ships from the USA, so you should receive your order 5-7 business days after placing it.

Wondering where your order is? You can track your order by:

    • Using our tracking icon located in the left corner when using the desktop version or within the lower part of the side navigation bar if you are using a mobile version 
    • Logging into your LASCANA account and selecting your order from your "Order History" 
    • Clicking the "Track my order" button on your shipping confirmation email
    • Clicking View your Account History

If you do not receive an email from LASCANA within hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or check to see if the email address on file is correct. 

Did you order a backorder item? Occasionally, if an item is out of stock it is still available for purchase, but with a wait time. You will not be charged for the item until your item ships to you. You can find out if you ordered a backorder item by reviewing your order confirmation email or your order details in Your Account. An estimated delivery date should be included. LASCANA will try to provide updates about your delivery date as the information becomes available.
