What should I do if an item is missing or wrong?

If an item you received from LASCANA is damaged or wrong: 

    • You can return it by mail for a refund or exchange.
    • You can view our return information here.

If an item is missing: 

    • It may be backordered.
    • If there is a delay, we will notify you via email and ship the item once it becomes available.
