We offer two different options:
1. Select between two Happy Return options! Choose between returning your LASCANA product 1) in person or 2) in the mail.
Return in Person
- In person is quick, paperless and easy to do. After you receive your return QR code, visit one of the 3,800+ Return Bar locations across the U.S. Find a Return Bar near you: locations.happyreturns.com
- Within 24 hours, you will get an email notification for your return.
Returns by Mail
- To return by mail, place your returned item in a shipping bag and print out the prepaid return label from Happy Returns.
- Attach the prepaid return label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
2. Enter your Order Number/ID and your zip code.
3. Select the products you want to return and/or exchange by following the prompts within the Happy Returns Portal.
4. Once completed, you will be receive either a QR code or the necessary return shipping information.
If you don't have a printer at home or would prefer not to use a QR code, please call our customer care team at 1-888-772-3160 for immediate assistance. They will assist you in the returns process and answer any questions you may have!
