Our return and exchange policy is designed with you in mind. If for any reason you’re not loving your new item(s), LASCANA accepts returns or exchanges (excluding Final Sale Items) within 90 days of purchase. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and liners intact.

- For a refund to original payment method, a standard $6.95 return fee will be deducted.

How it Works
- Find your order number/ID. It can be found in My Account or your original order confirmation email
- Start your return at lascana.com/returns
- Check your email for your personal QR code from Happy Returns
- Visit your nearest Return Bar location to drop off your return. That’s it!

Fast Refunds: Once your Return Bar visit ends, your return will be refunded within 1-5 business days.

Does LASCANA offer FREE exchanges?
LASCANA offers FREE exchanges if you are exchanging for a different size. However, if you’d like to exchange for a different color or a different item entirely, you will need to process a return and opt for LASCANA Wallet Credit and then use that credit to place a new order for the item you want. Reminder: there is no return fee when you choose LASCANA Wallet Credit as your refund method!
