COVID-19: Important Update

We all need to work together to stop the spread of COVID-19. At LASCANA, we are carefully following the best practices and recommendations issued by the CDC and our local governments to keep our customers and our team members safe and healthy.

Here are some things you should know:

  • Our website is still open 24/7 as usual. We’re still here for you!
  • Our warehouse and order fulfillment team is still shipping out orders as usual! 
  • Return or exchange any item within 90 days of purchase! We charge a small $6.95 return fee.
  • Our customer care team is still available to help you however we can. While we don’t expect delays, we apologize if you experience longer wait times than usual and appreciate your patience at this time. Our team is working hard for you and will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

Due to the threat of COVID-19 we are doing everything we can to prioritize the health and safety of our employees. Following official social distancing protocols, we have established strict work groups within each division that never come in contact with each other. All work stations are cleaned regularly and thoroughly disinfected before and after each shift. Team members that can work from home are required to do so until further notice. All non-essential travel has been banned.
